When cycling,
particularly on longer outings, you should stay correctly hydrated. A bike
water bottle placed on your bicycle might help. Most bicycle frames have
threaded holes, known as bosses, with bottles within either the chair tube or
even the lower tube, made to mount a bike bottle holder. For bikes without
these mounting holes, a set of zip ties works to mount the holder. Other kinds
of bike bottle holders come outfitted with clamps to secure the holder towards
the bike. Setting up a bike bottle holder takes only a couple of minutes.
BRAZE-ON
INSTALLATION
Step One
Locate the
threaded holes and bolts from the braze-ons within either the chair tube or
even the lower tube in your bicycle frame. Take away the bolts in the frame
using the Allen wrench.

Step Two
Take away the
water bottle in the holder, if required. Align the mounting holes within the bike
bottle holder using the holes around the frame from the bike.
Step Three
Place the bolts
with the holes within the bike bottle holder. Thread the bolts in to the drawn
on holes within the braze-ons within the bicycle frame.
Step Four
Tighten the bolts
using the Allen wrench. Put the water bottle within the bottle holder.
ZIP TIE
INSTALLATION
Step One
Choose an area
around the lower tube or chair tube for that bike bottle holder. Squeeze bottle
holder around the frame.
Step Two
Place among the
zip ties with the frame from the bike bottle holder, then round the frame from
the bike. Fasten the zip tie so it's slightly loose around the frame. Continue
doing this step with another zip tie.
Step Three
Align bike bottle
holder towards the frame at its final position. Tighten the zip ties. Cut the
surplus finishes from the zip ties served by the scissors.
CLAMP INSTALLATION
Step One
Release the bolt,
nut, Velcro or any other binder device store the clamp closed around the bike
bottle holder. Take away the device, if required.
Step Two
Open the clamp and
put it around the preferred location in your bike. This could range from the
lower tube, chair tube, chair stem, handle bars or any other location that
doesn't hinder riding securely.
Step Three
Fit the clamp
safely towards the location and shut the clamp. Switch the binder device, if
required. Tighten the nut, bolt or any other binder device to secure bike
bottle holder towards the bike.
